Roughly half of American adults say that they want to lose weight. They look for new diet plans or fads, join the gym, and try to get healthier habits. But what they really are missing is a supplement that creates nitric oxide. Increasing nitric oxide to lose weight has been shown to work for various reasons.

Increasing Nitric Oxide to Lose Weight

NO Burns Fat

The first reason that increasing nitric oxide (NO) to lose weight works is because NO burns fat, rather than muscles, as energy and fuel. One study found that participants who used l-arginine, a precursor to nitric oxide, had a higher amount of nonesterified fatty acids.

Another study reported that dietary nitrate, which turns into nitric oxide, helps turn white fat into brown fat. Brown fat is considered thermogenic and is more ready to be burned than white fat.

NO Boosts Metabolism

The second reason that increasing nitric oxide to lose weight works is because it boosts your metabolism. People whose metabolism has slowed throughout the years but are eating the same as when they were 22 may realize they have put on a few pounds.

NO helps to speed up food digestion and processing sugar, which could help to prevent diabetes and obesity. When food we eat is used more quickly, there is a decreased chance that health risks will arise from it sitting in our body as waste.

Increasing Nitric Oxide to Lose Weight

Nitric oxide also helps to lose weight by helping you work out for longer and gaining more muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat, so the more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn.

Your muscles get tired and sore because there is a lack of oxygen and nutrients feeding them. Nitric oxide helps blood flow easily through blood vessels, allowing muscles to get “fed” for a longer workout and resulting in bigger muscle gains.

NO Heals Muscles

The last reason why increasing nitric oxide to lose weight is beneficial is because of the accelerated healing time in the muscles after a hard workout. NO cuts down lactic acid, meaning you’re less sore and more ready to attack the gym just as hard each day.

When you can work out hard each day, you will gain more muscle and burn more calories with each difficult workout as well as the added calories burned from added muscle. It’s really a win, win situation.

For all of these reasons, increasing nitric oxide to lose weight will be more successful than without NO. Exercising and eating right is obviously a huge part of weight loss, but nitric oxide can take your efforts and maximize the results for you.
